Adelaide Care Solutions requires all employees to wear full uniform to every shift. The Adelaide Care Solutions Polo shirt displaying our emblem is supplied free on joining the agency. Staff are responsible for the provision of: navy pants (if you have black please discuss with Management) black or navy duty shoes.

- Do I have to wear an ID Badge?
Adelaide Care Solutions provides name badges for all staff and requires staff to wear their badges at all times during their shift.
- Do I fill in a time sheet to get paid?
All employees of Adelaide Care Solutions are required to complete and sign a time sheet following each individual shift.
Wages are paid on a weekly schedule following the submission of authorised time sheets.. Staff have the option of having their pay advice sent electronically. Each pay week is from Monday to Sunday. Wages are paid via Electronic Funds Transfer into a nominated account.
- Can I choose my own Super fund?
Since 1st July 2005, Australian employees have been able to choose a Superannuation Fund for the first time under new laws introduced by the Australian Government. From 1st July 2005 as a result of the new rules on ‘choice of superannuation fund’ employees are able to choose a fund for their future superannuation guarantee contributions.
- If I am successful in joining Adelaide Care Solutions am I an employee or a contractor?
Any employment with Adelaide Care Solutions is on a casual basis. The terms and conditions of employment are regulated by an industrial award. Personal Care workers are paid under the HSE Federal Award and Registered and Enrolled Nurses are paid under the Nurses SA Award. Please note that pay rates are above award and above many SA Enterprise Agreements in the Aged Care Sector.
